UC Workspace Extends Partnership with Avocor

UC Workspace has announced an extension of Avocor’s Platinum Partnership. Avocor will release an exclusive, purpose-built version of UC Workspace’s flagship product, Quicklaunch, in Q2 2020 and has previewed it at ISE. Additionally, Avocor will also preview UC Workspace’s UC Central and WEAV on the company’s stand 13-C110 at ISE in Amsterdam, Feb. 11-14.
The Quicklaunch application is a front-of-room meeting interface that provides multiplatform integration to transform a PC into an easy to use one-click meeting space. Create one-touch meeting rooms based on the platform of your choice using either Exchange or Google Calendar. It provides the simplicity and security of a meeting room appliance with the power and flexibility of the PC. The Avocor’s version of Quicklaunch has been optimized for use specifically with Avocor displays.
UC Central is the management and analytics portal for UC Workspace products. It not only works with Quicklaunch and WEAV but also with USB-connected conferencing hardware and IoT devices. UC Central makes it easy to deploy, control and monitor your workspaces while giving you the insight required to drive efficiency and productivity.
Avocor will also integrate UC Workspace’s new WEAV, too. WEAV gives teams more than simple screen sharing — it adds remote control with touchback, touch forward and touch through. Users can securely transfer files and take and share notes.
WEAV provides seamless sharing and content collaboration from any device and the ability to create blended apps between virtually any platform, mobile, desktop or wall.
