At Leading Solutions, we stand by the quality of the products we distribute and supply. We work closely with our manufacturers and suppliers to ensure that your purchase is covered by an appropriate warranty and supported in the unlikely event of a fault.

Warranty Coverage

Each product sold by Leading Solutions is backed by the standard manufacturer’s warranty applicable to that item. Warranty periods and terms vary by product and brand. Where applicable, full warranty documentation is provided at the time of sale or is available on request.

Warranty Claims

To lodge a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our support team at sales@leadingsolutions.co.nz with your invoice number, product details, a description of the issue, photos, and serial numbers.

Assessment: In most cases, we issue an RMA Ref # and ask for the return of the item for assessment.

Resolution: If the issue is not resolved during assessment, we’ll work with the manufacturer or supplier to resolve the issue – either by repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the fault and the applicable warranty terms.

Please do not return goods without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damage caused by:

- Misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow operating instructions

- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

- Use outside of the intended application

- Unauthorised modifications or repairs

Your Consumer Rights

Our warranty process aligns with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. This means you're entitled to remedies if a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards.
