Frequently Asked Questions

What products are included in the AV Hardware Clearance collection?

The AV Hardware Clearance collection at Leading Solutions includes discounted end-of-line, overstocked, or lightly discontinued commercial AV products such as conference cameras, document cameras, media players, AV mounts, cables, and accessories from trusted brands including Lumens, Magewell, Heckler, Salamander, and others. All items are fully functional and available at reduced prices while stocks last.

Are clearance AV products covered by a warranty?

Most clearance items are new-condition products carrying standard manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Items are not returned or refurbished goods unless explicitly described as such. If you have questions about a specific clearance product's warranty or condition, contact our team at sales@leadingsolutions.co.nz before ordering.

How often does the AV Hardware Clearance stock change?

AV Hardware Clearance stock changes regularly as new end-of-line and overstocked products are added and existing items sell through. We recommend checking the collection frequently or contacting our Auckland team on 09-979-5479 if you're looking for a specific product or brand. Sign up as a wholesale partner to receive notifications about new clearance stock.

Can I return a clearance AV product?

Clearance products are generally sold at final-sale pricing. However, any product that is faulty or not as described is still covered under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Contact our team promptly if you believe a clearance item is not performing as expected.

Can trade buyers get additional discounts on clearance AV hardware?

Yes, Leading Solutions wholesale partners may be eligible for further discounts on clearance stock, particularly for bulk purchases. Sign up to the wholesale partner programme or contact our Auckland team to discuss current clearance availability and partner pricing.

How quickly are AV Hardware Clearance orders dispatched?

Clearance orders are dispatched within one business day from our Auckland warehouse. Due to limited stock quantities on clearance items, we recommend ordering promptly to avoid disappointment. Click-and-collect from Unit 7, 9 Orbit Drive, Albany is also available, typically within one hour of ordering.
