Overview

The CR20 Laptop Sensor Kit is a USB-C retail security sensor for laptop displays, using the laptop's own OEM charger to deliver power, no separate PSU required. The COB sensor attaches to the laptop via adhesive tape and features a tamper switch that triggers an alarm if removed without authorisation. An illuminated USB-C charging head connects directly to the laptop's charging port, keeping the device powered while on display. Requires a Shopguard central unit (M-10 or M-4) to operate.

Technical details

This product has a 'screamer' feature (that's what the stores call it). If the alarm tether is cut the actual alarm peice is stuck to the laptop and will be ringing at 95db. When the shoplifted item is carried through a mall it creates alot of attention and mall security guards can identify the shoplifted product quickly.
