What’s the difference between AM and RF product security?

AM (Acousto-Magnetic) and RF (Radio Frequency) are two types of electronic article surveillance. We stock both types of tags and labels, and can recommend the best fit for your new or existing EAS gate system.

Can I reuse tags, wraps, and tethers?

Yes – most of our product security solutions like hard tags, box wraps, and tethers are reusable. Disposable items include adhesive labels, which are single-use.

Are your tags compatible with Sensormatic and Checkpoint systems?

Yes – our AM tags are compatible with Sensormatic systems, and our RF tags are suited to Checkpoint and other RF gates. We also supply Sensormatic and Checkpoint product. If you’re unsure what product or frequency you need, our team can help confirm.

Which security solution is best for boxed products?

For boxed or hard-to-tag items, we recommend soft labels or box wraps (also known as Spiders), depending on the item size and packaging. These options secure the product without needing to pierce the packaging.

What kind of detacher do I need for these tags?

It depends on the tag type – some use standard magnetic detachers, while others require a mechanical tool. We supply detachers that match each of our tag styles to ensure efficient removal.
