Overview

The Pro Convert HDMI Plus is a standalone HDMI-to-NDI encoder that converts a single HDMI input, up to 4096x2160 at 30fps (or 60fps 4:2:0), into a Full NDI stream with HDMI loop-through. It is a cost-effective, PoE or USB powered option for adding existing HD/UHD HDMI equipment to an NDI-based production or AV-over-IP workflow, configured via web UI or Control Hub.

The Magewell Pro Convert HDMI Plus is an HDMI-to-NDI® converter that brings HD HDMI sources into IP-based media networks. It is a cost-effective way to add existing HDMI equipment to an NDI workflow.

Ideal for AV-over-IP production, the Pro Convert HDMI Plus brings HDMI sources into NDI networks with minimal setup.

Does it output Full NDI?

Yes. It converts HDMI sources into Full NDI with HD output for IP-based media networks.

Does it include loop-through?

Is setup complicated?

Does it support 4K?

Can it convert SDI sources too?

No. It accepts HDMI only. For SDI sources, the Pro Convert SDI Plus converts 3G-SDI into Full NDI.
