The Redpark Gigabit-PoE Adapter delivers both wired Gigabit Ethernet connectivity and Power over Ethernet charging to a Lightning iPad or iPhone through a single Ethernet cable. Connected to a PoE-enabled switch or injector, the adapter draws power from the network infrastructure and provides up to 2.1A at 5V, enough to fully charge or run any iPad model, while simultaneously delivering a fast, reliable wired network connection with bandwidth up to 225Mbps.

This iPad ethernet adapter is instantly recognised as a network connection. The ethernet connection is available for use by any iOS app and can be configured using the Settings app on the iPad when running iOS 10 (or later).
